Law no. 37/2013/QH13 dated 20 june 2013 of national assembly in guidance of amending the article 170 of Law on enterprises 2005
According to Law No. 37/2013/QH13:
FDI enterprises established before 01 July 2006 have conducted re-registration under Law on enterprises 2005 and expired the operation duration but have not yet conducted dissolution procedures and supposed to continue operations, they must re-register before 01 February 2014. The re-registration takes effects from the expiration date noted in Investment License.
FDI enterprises established before 01 July 2006 do not conduct re-registration under Law on enterprises 2005, they will be revised, added the business lines but do not change the operation duration noted in Investment License. Enterprises must re-register, if they want to change operation duration.
